I ordered a white jumpsuit from aliexpress on October 2nd online. Estimated delivery was 5-15 days but my item has Not Shipped Yet. I learned this item (a white v-neck long-sleeve jumpsuit) had almost 100 orders. Not once did the seller let anyone know the item was or might have been out of stock. I have been talking with the sellers of this item and they keep telling me to wait and now they are checking the quality of the item. I am very disappointed in this purchase because of the delay. Last week I reported this incident to the Better Business Bureau who is working with me on this manner. I am hoping to get a refund if my item doesn't ship within a timely manner. Seriously, I could have used the time and money relating to this order on a lot of other things. I hardly order item online and when I have with things from gifts to people to college textbooks from other stores and vendors. I had no problems but this with aliexpress I Am NOT happy. If I ever and I mean ever get this jumpsuit in my hand I will do a VERY Detailed review of the item in terms of its fit (on me) condition of the item and what I think of the item in person versus what I seen online. I was about to order this item from a few other vendors but aliexpress was one of the few vendors that had the item in my size and in a style that was appropriate to me and my environment on the East Coast. Everyone think wisely before ordering from this vendor. If you had good experiences with aliexpress congratulations as I hope my experience gets better soon even though my purchase was very inexpensive compared to other online purchases I made over the years.
In November I received noticed that the item I ordered in this post is finally shipping. They gave me a tracking number but I need a verification code for me to track my package. My case was already closed with the better business bureau and I tried to get a refund through my bank for the charge. I will repost again with how my item looks once I receive it which maybe during or after Thanksgiving holiday.
So I still never received my item I updated my complaint with the BBB besides put one in to an international crime agency and aliexpress itself. The sellers for this item reached out to me again saying they seen my dispute so they can give me a refund or I can cancel the dispute and wait for my item (that they say is at the post office).
