My account balance showed zero online which would not allow me to make payments online. I sent them a certified letter requesting that the account information be fixed so I could pay online. This was not done and in addition, Ginny's account was also messed up after talking to Midnight Velvet collection where I was not allowed to pay online for Ginny's also. Now both Midnight Velvet and Ginny is calling. Payment s are not being made because of changes they made to my payment method. Both Ginny's and Midnight Velvet are at the same address. The Customer service and collections department for these companies suck.
