While we were away on vacation, our furnace was producing CO2 in our home. Thankful for a good alarm and friend that called the fire dept. My neighbour arranged a potential appointment with Convertible Heating & Air Conditioning Inc. We spoke on the phone during the drive home from the airport Sunday evening, and the main owner took my call while on vacation! He set me up with appointment for the next mornning. At 8:30 a.m. Monday morning they were here to my rescue! They were amazing, professional highly skilled with years of experience. Their pricing was reasonable and I believe much lower than the Gas Company. It was a scary time for me and my family, especially in the middle of winter without heat. Their fast response to our emergency speaks volumes to their understanding of customers' needs. I am forever grateful and will refer them to anyone in need of their service.
