I ordered pkgs from Market Hair Extensions March 16/24. Tracking is either not available or very difficult to make heads or tails of if you can pull it up. My order was coming from India ( Remy) to Canada. Tracking ( only twice would it work in 13 days...stated on March 26/24 that it had arrived in Canada. Was being processed at customs. Today March 29th it's still processing at customs. But then going to be shipped to China. Chatting with a live representative...any questions I had were answered with ( your order should arrive soon, or I'll have a supervisor sent you an email with a tracking link...when neither were helpful solutions nor answers. I feel it could possibly be the scenario of them just buying more time for the myriad of reasons we are all familiar with or have heard of. My second concern that I think other purchases would want to know. Is the amount of bags I ordered took DAYS through chat to be confirmed. As well they had the WRONG color of hair, the WRONG length. And the WRONG amount of bags ( the latter initially. But yes confirmed correctly on the third day of online chat). Third concern is customer service. The toll free number merely puts you to voicemail. Prompting you to leave a message. But I have never recieved a call back. Not one email. I have been asked to give them more time. When your running a business. Clients do not want to give more time than the agreed upon shipping date provided. Give it take a few days. Qouted shipping time was 7-10 days. Tmrw will be day 15. When asked about their refund policy specifics. I have recieved blank air, blank space, blank responses. Nothing. Will keep you updated as to how this is resolved.
