I purchased a switchable pwr supply and I got it in and the box was damaged and not inside of another box like most electronics should be shipped and before I opened it I was thinking oh no! Sure enough I took it out and it was bent up, so I reached out to the company over and over with emails and pics as requested by Val at Rockvile. And it's been like a cricket farm for days...nothing!
Tip for consumers:
That they had so many bad reviews and bad customer service. I should have checked but thought the website was nice and decent prices etc.
Products used:
I will fix this unit and never buy from them again. (buy cheap buy twice)
