I signed up for teaching assistant course level 3 in 2019, but the login they gave me didn't work, when I rang, I was told to wait for another. Despite the fact that I routinely checked in and kept asking if I could actually access my course, I was fobbed off again and again and now I'm stuck paying their £1300 loan for a course that I have yet to even see.
You will spend your time chasing people up and trying to get hold of people while they try their best to ignore you.

The Training Room do resend access details to any of our students who have lost their access details on multiple occasions if required.
