They traced my name and phone number and knew my order before I could give them my order number. Even though it was our fault, we ordered the wrong size bags, because we had never had a return before, they didn't charge us to ship it back. Emailed me the free UPS shipping label the same day. The man helped me re-order the correct size bags and I got them within like two days. It was perfect! The way customer service should be. They are a model for good customer service.
