I was looking for a line of credit for my business, not a loan. So I talked to forwardline, after I explained to the guy what I wanted, not a loan, a line of credit, he said they didn't do that, so we ended our conversation.

I get a call a few days later from a guy from Forwardline saying they do in fact offer lines of credit, just submit 3 statements and they will get it started. Well. I'm super busy, I mean like busy busy to the point that its stupid, but the guy was really pushy about hurrying up and getting those statements over.

The number was correct from the office, I could verify he worked there, so I know its the right place but the pushy stuff was a bit annoying, but I'm thinking "okay these guys must move fast."

So. After I get the statements over "crickets" then an email wanting my EIN and voided check. I called instead to ask for status, he said still waiting. So after all that pushing, I hear nothing.

So I call again, I am then told they cannot accept bank statements from Quickbooks, even though they are legit statements, money in, money out and wanted more statements from other sources.

I have other sources but not with that kind of activity. So I just told him politely, nevermind, it's not a big deal right now. See, I didn't NEED the money, I just wanted to build credit.

It sounded like he slammed the receiver down in my ear, call went dead.
