I paced an order on 2/4/17. I paid for expedited shipping (3-7 days) on the order but it took a couple of weeks to arrive. I finally received part of my order. 1 item never came. After sending 3 messages to Trendsgal customer service- NONE were answered! I finally heard back from hem after leaving a poor review here and on their site. My expedited shipping fees were returned to me as well as the money for the item that I did not receive. GREAT customer service AFTER bad reviews!
