I have bought items in the past from them and never had issues apart from one time where a part was painted the wrong color, but it was fixed. This time around I bought two items. One item was discontinued, even though they still had it on their website to be bought. They sent me an email about what I wanted to do so I got a different piece that cost more and gave them the extra money (and if you reach them my the emails they show on their website, they will NEVER answer). A USPS tracking number comes through that sits in dispatched status on the item that was discontinued... A week goes by and I used the email I had from them and asked what was going on and they said it shipped via UPS and gave me the tracking number... I was so close to having them in my hand when UPS rec'd them in on my side, the items were damaged in transit and were being shipped back to the seller. First, I've never had issues with items being damaged from any carrier, so I wonder how they packaged the items... second, I contacted them again about the damages and NOTHING... no response. So I immediately go to Paypal and file a claim and escalate it. Of course, Paypal takes forever and a day and is waaay too lenient on how long sellers can respond. Eventually I got all my money back. It's sad that once the items were damaged and being sent back they acted like nothing happened and took my money. Bottom line... stay away from this place.
