Bad UI that left user who paid don't know what to do, while worst, their internal system or team doesn't know what to do or trace or support either. So as a User, I paid a few hundred for weeks ago, follow exactly the instruction on the payment info, Bank deducted instantly but nothing happen till I asked, then the CS are not helping at all, robotic to keep telling you to prove yourself, by revealing and showing them your Bank Account Info. Really unbelievable that payment transaction even provided my QID but such request on seeing my account number will be very irritating.
The CS response are also SUPER SLOW, SUPER UNHELPFUL, even they repeated a template, you gotta wait for Another WORKING DAY for them to get back to you, it's probably another unhelpful reply, then day by day, your money paid for nothing, like myself, after 10 days, they order simply moved to FAILED STATUS and I still wasting my time on arguing with the CS
