This site is NOT user friendly. After having a bad experience designing a Christmas card, I called the CS to let them know about my issue today (12/13/16), only to be talked to like trash, not like someone who just spent money on their website. The reps name was Chantal. Very nasty person who kept calling me by my first name after I asked her not to. Got into an argument with her and she hung up on me. Cardstore.com you need to replace any rep who treats your customers like trash. If you care to keep a customer that is. I will not buy with you again!

I purchased some Ballet Flats on Ebay from them before reading the very bad reviews. I chose the patent black ones from the four choices. I did not receive patent. I received reg black. I wrote them and I was told that I did choose reg... I told the woman or man that I chose patent and my invoice says so and that I would take a pic of what I order. I was ignored after this. Also she asked me to send a pic of the flats which I did. Still no response. Wow! Buyer Beware. I'm very lucky as I used my Living Social Visa to purchase. After I explained to Living Social that I did not get what I purchased... MY credit card company reimbursed me... NOT them.

Addendum: I must update and say that after I wrote this review. This company did the right thing and sent me what I really ordered. They corrected themselves. So this is the way to go. Thanks MobStub.

Review of Restaurant.com. There is no deal for the consumer here for the most part. Spent $10 for a $25 certificate. I had to spend at least $35 for the dinner... but of course due to the restaurant's menu prices I had to spend $45... then had to pay a high NY tax rate on that... and tip of 18% was automatically added to $45 bucks dinner for two (for practically no service)... and for cheap Mexican food. Where is the deal? Perhaps if you are spending 50 on steak and lobster it would have been worth it, but then again... for 2 dinner's I would have had to spend $100... so buyer BEWARE!
