I have ordered two bathing suits from seafancy.de in Germany, and since the return process is to write an email so they send you a return label, I have wrote three mails with no answer whatsoever or my money back. I am appalled by the lack of communication and making such a bad review for such an international company, would definitely not recommend to anyone ever again!

While purchasing my order it stated that the delivery would be in 10 days but after my reply why I havent received it, they said the wait it 3 months. I asked for a refund, its been 16 days and they said oh the financial department hasnt received it yet but she will "speed them up"! Do not recommend and will never purchase anythung ever again! Still waiting foe my 230€ to be refunded!
