When you sign up for the paid version of any of their apps, Digiarty will set up automatic renewals. They claim to send an email confirming the renewal but I never received one- and yes, I checked my spam folder. When I contacted them the day after I was charged I was told there was nothing I could do.

Also, good luck finding the link that takes you to your subscription page; it's nowhere on their various websites. I had to contact them for the link. Interestingly, when I got to my account page, automatic renewal was toggled "off," which leads me to believe I had turned it off sometime in the past year and they charged me anyway.

Digiarty is a scammy, dishonest company. Do not give them a dime.
