Ever since my eye exam, customer service has not been up to par. Stanton optical now owns a Eyelab. Today I receive my eyeglasses. The service representative gave them to me and that was it, no fit, no asking if they were OK and that was it. I said, how do you do that? And he shrugged his shoulders. I'm done with them. If you need proof of purchase just go to Gastonia Staten, or a Eyelab, whatever it's called. Best regards.
