I placed my first order, and they screwed it up. I spent 1 hour 20 mins on the phone with an offshore idiot who told me my options, none of which were helpful. I closed my account immediately and wont be back. The whole experience was unpleasant, the website poor and the customer service didn't give me any options which helped me at all.
