“Awful customer support.”

Seller asked me to cancel my order because the item is out of stock, but he did not do that.
He (she) says item is not in stock but the listing is live on the market.
After that seller doesn't respond at all.
Now customer support told I should wait almost a month till order expire to get refund.
I that a CUSTOMER support?
