Horrible, horrible customer service. I just opened a charge card with Brylane home and I will be canceling it as quickly as I opened it. The staff is rude and arrogant, no compassion or understanding. They seem to enjoy saying "No" to you. I need to return a comforter which is too short for my queen bed. After several phone calls I learned that I would have to pay $9.99 return fee in addition to paying for my own shipping to return the item. They already charged me $16.99 to ship the article to me. The cost, it's half of what I paid for the quilt. This is insane! They need to emulate places like Wayfair and Birch Lane who bend over backwards to help you with these types of issues. Remember the Latin phrase, Caveat Emptor! (Let the Buyer BEWARE).
