They have a new website, unable to find my pension with them for 20+ years.
Emailed them, they agree it can't be found on but offered no solution.
Phone them, they found it so I'm waiting for the statement and other information I requested. This normally means a wait of 14-28 days but they often don't send information requested.
All in all they and the website are the most inadequate possible.
I have had 2 Financial Services Ombudsman claims against them found in my favour.
