PSI messed up scheduling the exam, they booked the exam for a time the testing center was going to be closed. The testing center called to inform us of this and then proceeded to say my child was a no show. I have now been trying for almost 2 weeks to get this resolved and get the same run around every time and not one returns phone calls. Was on hold for over an hour at one point only to have them hang up on me. I am on hold again right now will see what happens. I cannot say enough how HORRIBLE the customer service is with PSI. THE most frustrating, lack of help and so far totally useless.
