I purchased 5 gowns for my daughter's prom/s. All came in damaged either ripped or had ink stains. The quality was poor. I contacted their horrible customer service only to get conflicting responses from different people. I disputed the charge with my credit card and they said I had to return the dresses. The dresses were returned and Promlily said they didn't have the money to refund me. The only recourse I have is legal. Needless to say I am out over $500.
