I recently became incontinent so I've been shopping around for a good quality adult diaper at a reasonable price since my disability income is very limited. I came across the Care.Club site and places an order for a pack of pull up underwear and booster pads. Apparently I accidentally ordered 2 packs of the underwear and no pads. So I emailed them explaining what happened and asked if they could correct my order on their end. This was WAY after business hours so I wasn't expecting an answer until the next day, let alone expecting them to reply before they fulfilled the order and telling me too bad. I received a reply within an hour from the company owner saying yes, no problem. Omg! AND I received my order the next day... Care.Club just made a customer for life as well as great word of mouth.
