I ordered a birthday gift with 2 day fedex shipping I contacted Hermes by email when the gift did not arrive. They assured me it would be there next day. It did not. It apparently requires a signature and I waited. No delivery or note from a fedex attempt.
The gift arrived after my husbands birthday. I contacted Hermes several times and they refused to take off the delivery fee. Customer service is poor and rude. I will no longer patronize this business.In addition, I asked for a box and it was a dented White box- no ribbon and poor quality tissue paper. Not what one would expect from Hermes.
