I would give it no stars if I could. I also received a totally different doll than I ordered and got the same response that "because of the handmade nature" of the dolls there are "slight" differences… This is a bold faced lie, since I got a completely different, cheap looking, piece of junk doll that looks absolutely nothing like the one pictured. I'd be happy to supply pictures.
RSGDolls is using a bait switch tactic that is illegal in the US. However this is a china based company that could care less about US laws, and the basic decency to do the right thing.
RSG do not reply to my review with the same, canned, BS message I see many times below. It doesn't make you look legitimate in any way. All you're doing with that response is trying to gloss over the damage you do to people with the illegal, absurd and totally unethical way you do business.
I have filed disputes with PayPal and my credit card company. I hope the rest of you who were scammed will do the same.
