Based in the U.K. And was charged a totally unexpected duties charge on delivery (40% of value of order!) - there was absolutely nothing about this on the order checkout, I'd have never bought it had I known. To make matters worse the eyeliner arrived damaged - lid was off and the product was smooshed all over the box. Clearly hadn't been packaged properly. Customer service totally ignoring me. Premium prices but absolutely hopeless online experiences. Save your money; do not buy from them directly.
