Recurring complaint... I purchased a book and I got the confirmation email. I tried to log into my account to track the shipment, but login attempts failed. I requested a password reset but received no email. I managed to track the package with a USPS tracking number from the confirmation email. Status was "Shipment Received, Package Acceptance Pending" and it listed my post office. I emailed customer service and was given a new delivery date. After three weeks and two delivery dates passed, I called my post office and was told the package was from a third party shipper and they haven't received the package yet. I eventually received a full refund, but I'd rather have the book which still hasn't come.
