Where do I start...
General viewing...like spinning wheels while Sling "catches up" or resets 15 seconds
Menu guide - great grid...three channels listed at bottom blank, all shows offset in grid by multiple spaces
Browse Whole Viewing...turn it off or really weird stuff happens.
Customer Service - exercise in frustration to non existent.

You keep being you Sling...rocking the 1.8 rating.

Tip for consumers:
Sling could and should do better. They should back their service with refunds when the service is reliably unreliable.
