Zero customer service, not reachable at all. They show parts for specific cars that are not for that vehicle. They refuse to update their system to fix these known issues. They will demand you pay for return shipping to refund the parts they knew didn't fit that year make and model.

Tip for consumers:
Take parts off the car and order very carefully. Cross reference all parts and don't even bother with axle shafts (cv axles). If unsure order elsewhere. Or better yet, support good companies that deserve to be supported.
