Urbanista through the support email, Ralph writing back have refused to refund my money. They are playing games telling me that their systems are not working. I am in the process of going to watch dog. Be careful purchasing stuff from urbanista, their products are cheap & breakdiwn easily. Also their customer service is extremely poor. I have spent 6 months chasing my refund. They change their tactics often. You will be told to send you paypal but these are all mind games.
Tip for consumers:
Please avoid purchasing anything from urbanista they really dont have a refund policy although they write it down. They claim their sytems are down. Anybody that wants the emails they have written to me i can forward them. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
Products used:
Miami headphones which began to wear & tear within 6 months. I attempted a refund but urbanista support play games about their systems being faulty.
