Steven Berreth owns this site, and claims several of his watches are "genuine factory issued", but he has actually made them from parts and sold some as genuine. As seen in screengrabs from here:

Below, a watch bought by him in mid September 2018 became a watch he claims to have just changed the crystal on it. Images show that a movement he won on ebay on September 17th 2018 ended up in the "original factory" watch in early October 2018.
Also included is an advert from 1962 showing that the spade handset and dial were luminous, and an article saying the same. Which blows his "white spade handset and dial" claim for this watch:
