Quote was meant to be responded to by 24hrs (according to the site). Didn't hear anything for 4 days. Had to ring. Then given exorbitant freight quote and when I rejected it and said no thanks I got a phone call back with a different more reasonable freight price.
Don’t live in a convenient place to purchase locally. Looked online for best prices.

We're sorry to hear you were not 100% happy with our process - freight is a fluctuating pricing component, like a moving target...It would have depended on the load and the the location, possibly even availability on the truck options available to meet your delivery requirement/timeframe. In any case, we had a call back from another fright company late in the afternoon, hence our call back to you immediately to pass on the savings...we appreciate you still placing your order with us000 which we are now processing. As soon as your timber is ready for dispatch we will give you a call to advise a time of arrival.
