Today is 16 July 2022. Today was a Reschedule from last Thursday. Spent a beautiful day hone waiting for service, you know, like what was supposed to happen last Thursday. Well nothing, no service, no call, NOTHING. This is the WORST company I have ever dealt with in 75 years. Customer service in a ZERO also. Beware people, all these bad reviews can't be wrong.
Technician showed up an hour and a 1/2 late and refused to do anything. Would not even walk in the house and check the service on A755 code. Can't give them any stars if they don't give me any service.
Tip for consumers:
If you request service make sure you ask is the technician able to perform the service i need to restore service, to include going on the roof if necessary.
