I have ordered from SRF previously and was not disappointed. My second order was a totally different experience. I placed an 11 piece order on that was guaranteed to be delivered in two days, the Saturday before the July 4th holiday.
I tried 5 times to use the free shipping code that was provided with no success & ended up paying for the delivery.
A partial shipment consisting of 4 burgers was received on 7/2. I called and left a voice mail and a text message at their customer service group. Their message stated that they would not respond until Tuesday July 5th.
The 2nd package arrived with a pungent odor. When opened the meat was totally thawed out.
The customer service response was "we're sorry but we refunded your money!" My question was "why should I ever order from SRF again?"
Never again will I place an order!
