Zedge floods the user with Tiktok installation attempts to coerce you to pay for their "free" service, but then every time I attempt to sign up, it refuses to accept my passwords, no matter how many times I reset them.
There is literally NO customer service option.
There are no humans available to help you.
There is not even an AI that might have the typical 3% chance of understanding your inquiry and steering you toward a resolution.
Every time you download a ringtone, you have to shut down the app because the Tiktok installer has taken over the app. Every time you switch phones, you have to go through it all again because they don't carry over from phone to phone.
When you find a ringtone, you have to use private headphones if you have a family because so many of them are so vulgar but disguised as something that shouldn't be vulgar. Most of what claims to be Christian is Muslim or Hindu, and a lot of the rest carries profanity.
There is no real classical or baroque section because stupid people flood it with rock, death metal and disco. The content is not moderated or correctly categorized.
Not only do I not WANT to pay for this poorly-managed service, but I literally CAN'T because the interface won't let me.
I have to wonder how they keep their doors open.
