I called a few days ago and was told to email in a statement, that I wanted to return the bed, that I had purchased. The man answering the phone was very rude and I told him that he is rude. I will never buy from this company again.
I called again today to find out if this is where I send the email. The man that answered a few days ago and the man that answered today is the same person. I just called back to find out what his name is so I could reference him in the email. This third time I called was only so I could get his name. He told me it is, John. I asked John, "What is your last name," and he said all I needed to know is that his name is John. I also asked him if he was the owner, because I wanted to explain to him again that he is rude.
John told me on the second phone call, only after I asked him if the bed had to be sent back in the original packaging and he said, "Yes". I told him the bed comes in very large boxes and they had to be cut up in order to get the bed out. Then, I was asked, how are we going to resell it, if it was not in the same packaging.
I am sending the bed back because it is clearly not made for safety. The top bunk hangs out over the bottom bunk without any thought to the sharp edges. The top bunk is a hazard for anyone getting into the bottom bunk, with only a small mishap, someone could take an eye out or get seriously hurt from the sharp edges.
At this point, I am looking for advice on how to return the bed.
