Really fast customer service and I really enjoy the discrete packaging when delivered to the front door. My son had no idea what showed up after Thanksgiving and then on Christmas he was completely shocked.

Reason I chose this business:

I chose them because when I may the owner at the Hot Rod Convention in Indianapolis he gave me his card and told me to contact him if I had any questions and why I should purchase this for my young son verses a gas bike.
