I love the products and I love the quality but the shipping and customer service leaves something to be desired. I'm sure they take care of a high volume of orders but items almost always take three+ weeks to arrive. There have been times my mom and order and we get emails that our products weren't available and they refund our money and send us money vouchers. Good business, needs a little help.

Ordered a "The Little Girl Who Lost Her Name" personalized book for a family member this past Christmas which was super fitting for her baby with a very long name. It was a little pricey but well worth the money for a special gift with a dedication inside.

That being said, the website hasn't changed much since I started. $#*!ty little set up, but such a good concept.

I was skeptical to order at first because I figured with all the heavy items I needed that shipping would be astronomical. However, I was amazed how quickly and inexpensively my items showed up at my doorstep, within two days! Thank you again!

I accidentally donated twice to a campaign and customer service responded to my email almost immediately. The only thing that bothered me was that it took 3-5 business days to refund my money for a transaction that I placed only hours before, but patience is a virtue! Thanks again!

I placed an order of two items on June 21st and sent two complaint emails, along with one simply requesting a refund and haven't heard a damn thing. Waited all Summer for bathing suits that never came and now I don't know how to get a refund for my order. VERY displeased.
