I purchased Ondesoft Music Converter because I needed to convert some music. I got the license key, but due to some personal circumstances I didn't use it for a few months. When I went to use the key to activate the software, the program says "[904] Active Code expired" and won't activate. I went back and forth with support repeatedly, explaining that I wasn't able to activate the software at the time of purchase.

They did not help me one bit! They refused to do anything whatsoever. This is a complete SCAM company and you would be better off tearing your money up and flushing it down the toilet. I can't believe they would treat a paying customer this way. I was never able to use the license ONE TIME, and even though I sent them all my information they refused to do anything to allow me to activate the software I paid for.

Buyer beware - do NOT send them your money. Find a different vendor, ANY different vendor so maybe you can avoid wasting your money like I did.
