I sent an email asking for my money back as they stated in their website they will not refund after 30,well it was almost 30 days. The reply was really more than rude,called me a " Stupid idiot" and said I didn't pay for express shipping, didn't know I could and was never told in the first place how long shipping might take, then said "$#*! YOU" yes said that so no refund n no dvds 10 of them. Best stay away from this place
