I ordered Keychain with pictures on them and I received them with the ring through the face. I contacted customer support and they were not helpful at all, stating they were produced as ordered. How do you send out a product with the face covered? When you order the keyring and select your picture, it does not show you the finished product with the ring so you can adjust your picture.
Tip for consumers:
Have a picture of what the finished product with the keyring will look like, not just the picture.
