Ordered saddleman seat covers for a Ford Maverick.The plastic piece that connects the straps broke and ordered a replacement then I got covid so by the time I tried to install the covers it was past 30 days.They didn't fit well at all but was told since it was past 30 days they wont do anything.Wont order from them again.

That being said, we are always happy to assist with returns/exchanges, but the item must be new/unused and within 30 days of delivery. As your order was delivered back in December, we were unable to process a return. However, we are happy to get you in touch with Saddleman for guidance on installation.
