I ordered a special blanket for a homeless person and the shipper was only 1.5 hours from my house. I contacted the post office they instructed me to contact UPS. When I did USP said the package was lost and to contact RedBubble so the paperwork could be started. The $#*! Ronald refused to help me. I emailed over 20 times and even had to get the Better Business Bureau involved. Ronald claimed it was due to covid19 which UPS had already told me this was not the case. UPS also said if RedBubble would not help that I should file a lawsuit. Its ashamed that you have to go to such extreme when all he had to do was his job and call UPS. He also claimed that he did not have the tracking number. Huge lie. I just got an email from the lying jerk that the track the pack and it is lost. More than a month of going back and forth with this $#*! and he did not believe me. I also told him the meaning behind the blanket. Still he did not care or do anything. Just goes to show how little RedBubble cares about their customers. You would think a manager would have done a little more. I will never order from this company again!
