We ordered some wedding dresses and when they arrived they were damaged. Maguey told us that the dresses were fine and they are not responsible for what happens during shipping. Do not buy from them!

Hello Brian, thank you for your order number. I see your packages was delivered on Dec 28 and you reached out to Customer Service on Jan 3 about the package being left in the rain. Despite this not being the fault of Azazie the team offered to take the items back for a refund. Please clarify why you feel Azazie would deserve a 1 star review?
