Have bought a lot of stuff from walmart last 2 yrs on line and excellent customer service if I ever did have problem it was taken care of, sometimes more than taken care of. The return policy is excellent if you do have prob.

This is my 2nd review of this site, and I feel the need to post an update. Listia was an all right site til they started changing rules and choosing to enforce them with what appears to be the listia favorites, I had listed vape stuff that they let go til 3 days left on 21 day auctions and then they take them down and say no used devises, mu device was turned on and tested power nefore listing, so they considered it used, but since then they have let many auctions with "used" in they're description, yet even though they were flagged they still let those finish. The reason I know this is cuz since mine was removed I have won 3 vape mods that all were "used", and it def seems to be them choosing who they let list them. And the another issue is I sold a phone which I won here and relisted it only to find out that it was unable to be activated, so listia refunded credits when winner sent back, and the answer from them was I got refunded when I won it, which I did, but that was because USPS lost pkg and found it 1 month later, so I ended up sending the seller cash for it. But either way I got it in good faith from the listian and when I relisted it I didnt know was black listed cuz I never activated it, and cuz I was refunded the credits they wouldnt let me keep the credits from my sale, which would be understandable if I hadnt paid for it anyways so now I paid for a phone from a listia listing cuz of usps and yet I donty get what many other sellers have got when issues like this have come up, which is winner gets refunded and I still get to keep credits cuz wasnt my fault. But no, listia says to bad. And the biggest issue has been the daily changing of credit value when buying credits, which makes it very difficult to price an item when the value changes everyday, drastically some times, and sometimes more than once a day changing value. I relly liked it here until last 3 months when they started the rollercoaster ride with the credits. So in the end I STRONGLY RECCOMEND YOU DONT USE THIS SITE, they have there listia favs that seem to never get the used vape stuff they list taken down. And support is no help lately, they also have gotten worse and worse with everyday seems like. So if you want to pay through the roof for quality items (exaple is 100 dollar items going for 750k and up) and that is just 1 example, look through the site reward store and you can see yourself. And the reward store was for selling items and now its an auction, just like regular listings and now items that were selling for 80k are going for 600k, again just 1 example. So please heed my advice and dont waste your time. The quality of items listed by sellers are becoming more rarer because of many of the factors listed.
