Their customer service is the worst I ever dealt with. They have automatic billing and they billed me for a computer I haven't used for two years. Their customer service is through a company the charges you to have your account credited and they want your credit card number and $1 before they do anything. If I wouldn't have reviewed my bank account I would have not known they were changing me. That is what happed last year.

Good product poor service

Just had to download it to my computer. They automatically charge your account when they renew the software. I have two problems I haven't used the computer for two years and I did not approve them to charge my account without me knowing it. They claim they have refunds been the make it impossible to do so.
