UPS attempted to deliver a package today and as I struggled through the hell that is dealing with them, I thought of how much I like Prime. Amazon really is an awesome company to deal with. So well run.
Nothing new to add, just venting. They never try and actually deliver. It's sent to a local store with the expectation you'll do the work and pick it up. Terrible service.
