In general, my experience was a good one. I found my contact, Mike, to be receptive to my ideas and easy to work with. I would work with him again. I was particularly pleased with the cover art. It was professionally done, attractively formatted and captured the themes of the books perfectly. Well done!
My only concerns were with the text. I ordered two books. One was almost perfect. It only requires a brief adjustment. The other, however, had no page numbers. It erroneously included a description that was written for another book and needed an adjustment to the text. For example, as this is a play, some characters names appeared at the bottom of the page completely separated from the character's speech. This is bad form in a script and appears very amateurish. I have asked that these items be corrected in future editions. Overall, I rate the experience 8 out of 10.
