The worst customer service I've ever experienced in my whole life. They will go out of their way to make purchasing products basically impossible but they have no issue with taking your money and giving it back to be tired up as a pending credit over and over. I was sold things they claimed they didn't have and could no longer get but my money was taken and then refunded and then I was contacted saying they were going to fulfill the orders after all only to then do the same thing again a few days later. So far I have paid for and been refunded for the same three orders a Total of four times now. This has been going on for about two weeks now while on their website the product is still actively listed for sale and marked as in stock…… this is a poor excuse of a business and shows nothing but excessive amounts of incompetence of how to run a business and how the customer should be treated.

This is a fake company that is knowingly selling out of stock discontinued products for unbeatablesales.com They will process your payment and then refuse to send you the product telling you that they just got word from their warehouse that the item is not in stock and they no longer offer backorders anymore no matter how you feel about the matter. Then they will refund your money for it to be an unavailable pending credit for multiple days. Then management will email you pretending to be willing to honor their previous agreement to sell you what they just told you they didn't have in stock while having already re-processed your order telling you they will be in contact in the next few days with tracking numbers and shipping information. A few days go by and you get an email saying you're being refunded again over and over and over. While all this is taking place the product is still up on their page and very much still listed as being stocked and ready to ship... these people have no concept of customer service nor how to properly run a business. Go ahead over to their main page and read about many more extremely dissatisfied customers that they have taken advantage of while making no effort to come to any kind of agreement with after their poor judgement in business practices. It seems to me after a little research into the company that they are more focused on their investors and competing with AMAZON than they are making sure you as a customer are satisfied and willing to do business again in the future. Save yourself the absolute pain that comes from dealing with this company and just go anywhere else where you wont be walking away empty handed scratching your head wondering what the f you actually just experienced. If ignorance is bliss theses people should be envied by all.
