I just had my HWS supplied and replaced by Victorian Hot Water, they were the most honest and reliable company I have tried using in a very long time, they were the only company that actually confirmed the price prior to completion at the same price as advertised on their website, Dave told me the only possible extra cost would be a 40.00-$50.00 maximum and that is only if both gas and water stop taps needed replacing but advised me that would be extremely doubtful, John delivered the HWS I ordered and installed it on time, no extra costs involved for the extra copper piping required for the pressure release valve as My HWS had to be raised, EVERY OTHER COMPANY advised me the minimum price for this pipe was $145.00-$185.00 and for the taps $80.00-$100.00 EACH for the stop taps which I am sure they would have told me needed replacing, the price also included the legally required Compliance Certificate where some companies charge an extra $70.00--$90.00 but only when asked, the job was completed, all rubbish including old HWS removed and no added surprises in the account given to me, some companies requested full payment prior to installation and some even requested cash payments, not with Victorian Hot Water, they were entirely professional in every manner, I will be referring this company to everyone that requires a new HWS, it is unfortunate that that is all they do,

Don't trust Kogan in any way, you cannot contact them directly in any way except via their online website, no direct email or phone number or address to contact and they never reply to complaints, "NEVER TRY KOGAN FIRST 14 DAY FREE TRIAL", it is not free at all, you CANNOT cancel it ever, once it is in place it is there for ever and your credit card will be charged $49.00 every year forever, I tried to cancel 4 times, have receipt stating cancelled but still billed, no replies to my emails, cannot close account, I had to cancel my credit card (pain), Consumer Affairs are well aware of Kogan complaints they have had a lot but the amount is insufficient to investigate, my bank is investigating the FRAUD but Kogan will not reply too them, their products are also not reduced as they state, their sale price is the actual normal price not their false advertised discounted 70% or more off price, their items can be purchased in normal retail places and usually cheaper, I am disgusted in Kogan.
