Ordered a set of floor mats that showed in stock. Received notification several days later that the ship date was delayed by 1 month. Once the second ship date came around I received a notice saying sorry, factory discontinued this item. This place is just a fly by night broker. Use Amazon, Walmart, or just some guy on the street with a sign. All would be better options.

We try to always offer accurate ship dates and inventory, and I am sorry this has not been your experience. Higher order volume during the holidays can make it more difficult predict lead times lately as well as stay on top of inventory, but I do apologize again for the mistake that was made with your order.
